I just started to exercise about the end of March but was really discouraged when there were no changes on the scale for the first 2 weeks... Now the weight is finally changing! My workouts consits mainly of whatever I can do in my bedroom, like crunches, planks, pushups, jumping jacks, leg lifts... mainly core I guess... I have 3 small puppies who enjoy walks but we only go about a mile....... Maybe try to start jogging also.. I stay pretty active through the day: laundry, dishes, cooking, gardening, shopping....
